Postures are held longer and transitions are simple, creating space to feel supported and present.


The practice emphasizes nervous system regulation, balance, and connection to the earth.


This class is accessible to all levels and especially supportive if you’re seek in calm and embodied presence.


The Quiet Return: Sound

This immersive sound meditation is designed to support deep rest by guiding you into stillness and inward listening.

Participants are invited to rest comfortably while immersed in layered, resonant sound offered at a slow, spacious pace.

Attention is placed on sensations and nervous system settling, allowing the boy to soften and the mind to quiet without effort.

This offering is supportive for all and especially nourishing during times of stress, fatigue, or transition. 

The Quiet Return: Experience

This experience blends gentle yoga with sound meditation to support both grounding and deep rest.

The practice begins with slow, supportive movement and transitions into stillness accompanied by sound vibration and frequency.
