Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness Services

Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness is a Yoga and Meditation studio that offers a safe space for everyone to practice various styles of yoga and meditation. Originating in ancient India, Yoga explores, develops and integrates body, mind and spirit. Yoga can improve; strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and the nervous system. Slow, mindful movements (Asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) can have a positive effect on the 

body, mind and spirit. 


The benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice are wide ranging; they can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, can improve mental and emotional health, can reduce inflammation in the body, can strengthen internal organs, can improve digestion and cardiovascular health and can help cultivate self love and compassion, with the self, others and the world around you. 


Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, chair, prenatal / post natal and yin yoga are all various styles of yoga that will be offered as classes or workshops. Integrative yoga teaching methods will be utilized. Deep relaxation is taught in each class or workshop. The intention of the instructors at Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness is to offer students an environment where they feel safe to explore and develop their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being using various yoga styles and meditation techniques.

Join our deeply relaxing restorative yoga session, where we infuse the practice with a relaxing and immersive sound meditation. Linsey Hill from Oak Tree Yoga will be incorporating Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Rain Sticks, the hand drum and more in the the offering.

One on One

One on one private yoga practice designed specifically for your health and wellness goals. Individualized yoga practice designed to accommodate each persons needs. Hatha yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga classes are all offered. Every one welcome.

Group Classes

This is a great way to gather a few people to support one another on your health and wellness journey. Yoga classes can be designed for individual needs in a group setting. Up lift and support one another while creating a positive environment to share some beautiful energy together with the people you care about.

Why was Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness created?

Welcome to Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness. I’m so thankful that you have taken the time to share your space and energy with me. My name is Linsey Hill and I have been certified as a 200HR Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.


My personal journey of exploring different healing modalities, such as Yoga, Meditation, breathing techniques and sound healing, to improve my mental health, awareness and focus has lead me on an incredible journey. I love being able to share what I have learned along the way. Take what resonates with you and leave what doesn't.
