This gentle and mindful practice is a great practice for individuals looking for a gentle & mindful yoga practice either standing up or in a chair. We will use a chair, props, bolsters, cushions, pillows and straps throughout the practice. We have yoga mats, chairs, blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets and straps for use in-studio.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND w/ Linsey every Tuesday evenings starting October 3rd - November 28th.
Combining a gentle restorative yoga practice with an immersive sound bath can help you relax, and release stress, anxiety and tension.
It can be beneficial for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
After a mindful Yoga practice we will end the practice with a relaxing sound bath. Using Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Rain Sticks and more. Researchers have found that sound waves affect the human nervous system. There is also new research on the benefits of binaural beats, which is when two tones at slightly different frequencies are played in unison.

Yoga for STRENGTH & BALANCE w/ Cindy every Wednesday evening starting October 4th - November 29th.
This Hatha style yoga class may be a good option for you if you're new to yoga or looking to destress by moving slowly and mindfully.
Hatha Yoga focuses on using controlled movements to strengthen and stretch the body, mind and spirit. Poses will be held to increase strength, maintain balance and connect to your deeper self.

RESTORATIVE YOGA w/ Linsey every Thursday morning starting October 5th - November 30th at 10am.
Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that focuses on slowing down and deeply relaxing the body and mind. It can be a gentle style of yoga designed to relax, restore and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. It encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation and is a great practice for all levels.
Everyone welcome. All you need is yourself, a mat and a bottle of water. Bring your own mat or one can be provided for you. You are also encouraged to bring your own comfortable blanket, pillow, eye mask, blocks, and bolsters. We also have some in studio for you to use if you like.
