Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Inner Flow Yoga

Let go of expectations and shoulds. Move towards going with the flow in the present moment. This inner flow class will invite you to a vinyasa style flow with opportunities to move intuitively, You might even find yourself vibing, dancing, moving with the music as Jess (@jmantesso) guides the practice; linking movement and breath while inviting us to explore natural and intuitive movement within the poses.

Yoga for Seniors

Join Oak Tree Yoga & Wellness for our upcoming Yoga for Seniors class.  This gentle and mindful practice is a great practice for seniors looking for a gentle & mindful yoga practice. We will utilize props, bolsters, cushions, pillows and straps throughout the practice. 


Class starts April 5th - May 3rd

9:30AM - 10:30AM
