This Hatha flow class will leave you feeling energized and in tune with your body, mind and spirit. Syncing creative sequencing with breath, this class can feel like a moving meditation. Allow yourself to be playful and inquisitive with your practice.
While this class can be challenging, props and modifications are always offered so each individual can customize the practice to their needs.
